I’m Kyina Q. Routt, a Christian romance author, entrepreneur, and storyteller who writes at the intersection of faith, love, and lived truth. I hold an MBA and a BS in IT Management, and I’m a devoted wife of 25 years and the proud mother of two amazing sons.

I am the pen behind The Church Chronicles series, where church pews meet plot twists, and First Ladies don’t just pray… they play to win. I was inspired to write from my experience as a pastor’s kid—growing up watched, judged, and often misunderstood. Through my work, I want women and men alike to know that you don’t have to shrink who you are to love Jesus. You can chase your dreams, be successful, have flaws, and still walk boldly in faith. The Church Chronicles is more than a series—it’s my literary sword, cutting through expectations while offering grace, truth, and redemption.

My stories are unapologetically bold, emotionally rich, and rooted in Black excellence and truth. When I’m not writing, you’ll find me running my custom apparel brand, Queenie’s Drip and Print Co., mentoring others, or making memories with my husband of over two decades and our two sons.
